Lemongrass is widely used as an aromatic because of its strong and fresh aroma.

Lemongrass essential oil has a fresh, lemon-like aroma that mosquitoes and insects do not like. Diffuse Lemongrass essential oil to help deodorise the room and lift your spirits. You can also make a spray for rooms, furniture and carpets by mixing a few drops of Lemongrass essential oil with distilled water.

Lemongrass essential oil is often used as one of the ingredients in massage oil because it has a warm sensation when applied to skin. Dissolve Lemongrass essential oil in a carrier oil such as coconut or olive oil and apply it topically, especially after exercise.

Direction:

• In the diffuser, put 4-8 drops per 100 ml of water
• To protect against mosquito bites, mix 2 drops of Lemongrass Oil with 10 ml of coconut oil and apply on hands and feet
• For face oil, mix 1 drop of Lemongrass Oil with 10-20 ml of Argan or Jojoba oil to fight acne
• To relax tense muscles after exercise, mix 10-15 drops of Lemongrass Oil with 100 ml of unscented massage oil and massage into a tight area
• For relaxation, mix 1 tbs natural oil with 4-6 drops of Lemongrass Oil into warm bath for soaking
