The sweet floral scent of Lavender can create a relaxing atmosphere, help calm thoughts or feelings of anxiety, and eliminate unpleasant odors in the room. Include Lavender essential oil in your nighttime routine to help you ease in to sleep by dripping it on your pillow or using a diffuser.

The active compounds contained in Lavender essential oil are widely used for skin health and skin irritation by adding a few drops to lotion, massage oil or other personal care products. You can create a spa atmosphere at home by mixing a few drops of Lavender essential oil with coconut oil and Epsom salt for a bath soak.

Direction:

• In the diffuser, put 4-8 drops per 100 ml of water
• To relieve skin irritation, mix 10-15 drops of Lavender Oil with 10 ml of coconut oil and apply on skin
• For a spa atmosphere at home, mix 20-30 drops of Lavender Oil with 100 ml of unscented massage oil
• For soaking and relaxation, mix 1 tbsp of natural oil with a few drops of Lavender Oil and put it in warm water in the bathtub
• Before going to bed, drip 1-2 drops of Lavender Oil on the edge of the pillow or mix 6 drops of Lavender Oil with 10 ml of coconut oil and apply to the chest area
