Direction:

• In the diffuser, put 4-8 drops per 100 ml of water
• To reduce itching, mix 10-15 drops of Peppermint Oil with 10 ml of coconut oil and apply on skin
• Breath better, mix 15 drops of Peppermint Oil with 10 ml of coconut oil and apply to the chest and under the nose area
• For soaking, mix 1 tbsp of natural oil with a few drops of Peppermint Oil into warm water in the bathtub
• If you feel tense, mix 6-10 drops of Peppermint Oil with 10 ml of coconut oil and apply to the forehead and the back of the neck
• Apply diluted Peppermint Oil or use a diffuser to reduce unpleasant odors
